You're given a login id and a password to go online to our secured site, login, and manually enter charges and returns for orders you get over the phone/face to face/or through the mail. That's also your database where you can look up transactions you've ran in the past, or look up any of your customers info (it stores all of that and you have a mailing list from it), or check out all the charges occurring in real-time on your website throughout the day. At the end of the day, the system automatically batches out all the transactions and deposits the funds into your checking account.
Web Link
The web link is a checkout link on your site where customers click on to pay. When they click on the checkout link, they're transferred to a secured server order form which is customized to look like your site. There, the customer can pay using any major credit card or pay by electronic check by entering their acct.#. and routing # (using the optional check service features). When they click on the submit button, it emails out a receipt right away to the seller and a copy to the buyer. This software program is also easily integrated with MOST shopping carts for a seamless shopping experience for the customer.
Mobile payments
