A hosted application, part of Intuit Connected Services, designed for businesses who do service, installation, and repair work such as HVAC, plumbing, garage doors, electrical, etc.  With Intuit Field Service Management you can schedule and dispatch work orders, track status, capture customer equipment service history, create invoices, take payments, capture signatures out in the field. There are two optional modules: Time Card streamlines your payroll processing; Service Agreements schedules recurring work orders (such as seasonal preventive maintenance visits). IFSM also integrates with Intuit Payment Solutions.

Scheduling (or rescheduling) work orders couldn’t be easier. Field Service Management empowers dispatchers with a dashboard full of information, including each technician’s work orders, location, and status. Reassignment and reschedules are fast and easy: When a tech runs late, simply drag and drop the work order to assign the order to a new technician.

Equipment service data improves first-time fix rate

Store all of the customers, contacts, and equipment information you’ll need in order to do the job right the first time. Before a job in the field starts, your technicians will know the service history of the equipment at hand. The Service Manager / Dispatcher role requires the following for the desktop / laptop environment:

  • At least 2 GHZ processor
  • 2 GB RAM
  • 2 GB available hard-disk space
  • The IFSM sync client will integrate with QB desktop software on these Windows versions: Windows 8 (EOL Jan 2023) and Windows 10.
  • Works with all supported versions of QuickBooks Desktop and Online.

The field technician using our Mobile App:

  • Data network connection
  • Apple devices — 8 and later
  • Android devices — 7 and later
